I’ll factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals to make sure your personal meal plan meets your needs.
I want your program to be as enjoyable as possible. You can choose up to 7 days of meals, giving you different options to make sure there is plenty of variety so you don't get bored.
If you dislike a particular meal for any reason, you can easily swap it out on the app for something else.
As you progress and your body changes, so will your dietary needs. I will update your plan each month to ensure you keep enjoying delicious food but still ensuring you are moving towards your final goal.
I will provide a simple shopping list to make things as easy as possible.

When I started working out in 2005, I was a shy and insecure 15 year old who was too embarrassed to take his shirt off. I was desperate to improve my physique but unfortunately, I lacked the knowledge and resources to do so. I read so many contradictory articles and was told so many drastically different training and dieting approaches that I did not know who or what to believe. It left me frustrated and confused. I wanted to quit several times.
This is probably how a lot of you feel right now. Unfortunately for me, it took me several years to sort through the misinformation and experiment with different methods to figure out the truth. I made all of the mistakes so you don’t have to. My goal is to help you bypass the beginning stages that I went through where you feel completely lost and confused and don’t know what to believe.
